Project Description
“Golden Words” is a 2D casual word game in which the player races against time attempting to complete word composition related challenges.
Why this game?
At the inception of the Facebook Instant Games initiative, several time and cost-saving solutions were tried – one of which was taking existing game logic and adapting it for the platform.
In this case, an existing game – “Word Sensei” was used as a basis – the player completes words under progressively harder time constraints. For the Instant Gaming platform, a complete visual overhaul was done, as well as the addition of several mini-game types, leaderboards, and social challenges.
